Water: A Natural Resource falls that from the sky
If you live in house with a yard, there are a couple of things you can do to really up your Eco-Points.
Invest in a rain collection barrel at the end of your roof down spouts. Simple and easy to install, rain collection barrels should have a valve on the bottom to hook a garden hose to. A lid or screening is necessary on top to prevent rodents and misquotes from entering the water.
Collecting rain water to water your lawn and gardens on sunny days is a super way of conserving natural resources.
The other thing you can do to really green up your space is start a compost bin.
Food waste is becoming a huge problem in our country.
Landfills are filled up. We're burning trash, which is commonly not done in an eco-friendly way, or its getting dumped in the ocean.
Sigh.
With minimal effort, you can compost your food scraps, therefore reducing your waste AND you get the benefit of beautiful "soil" when it's done. The soil or humus, can be added to your gardens and your houseplants for an instant power packed snack.
It is like a multi vitamin for your plants!

Well written and such a great message. Something we all need to remember, because we are all broken, some more than others.
Love the photo and the message. So many people need to hear this…you can still fly.
